We have built our own digital portal for supplier assessment, quality control and ESG follow-up. All suppliers are evaluated according to our risk model; every data sheet is reviewed by our quality team using tools built to ensure full compliance on every item that passes through our business.

All suppliers are assessed using our own risk model. Geography, industry, certification status and track record determine the follow-up interval and whether we conduct an on-site audit.

Quality control built for natural casings

Natural casings are a live product with different control requirements than dry goods. NotimQC is built for exactly that — VACCP-based and traceable from receipt to finished product.

Data sheets analysed — not just filed

Specialised analysis tools check product data sheets for deviations, missing declarations and RASFF findings. Compliance is documented before the goods arrive at the warehouse.

The international gold standard for food safety, recognised by GFSI. Requires documented procedures, risk analysis and annual external auditing.

We hold our supply chain accountable

All suppliers sign our Supplier Code of Conduct, based on UN and ILO conventions. Suppliers with a higher risk profile are followed up with on-site audits.

Transparency Act

Notim has carried out an annual due diligence assessment since 2023. The report maps actual and potential adverse impacts in our value chain and is available on request.
